Shipping/Delivering Policy of Positive Trend 

1.-Within Dhaka, Bangladesh: 

   - We offer free shipping for orders of Tk.2,000 and more within Dhaka.  

   - Shipping charges, Tk. 80 for orders, less than Tk.2,000 within Dhaka.

   - Delivery times typically range from 2 to 3 days, depending on product availability and order processing.

2. Outside Dhaka, Bangladesh: 

  - We offer free shipping for orders of Tk.3,000 and more outside Dhaka.

  - Shipping charges, Tk.120-150 apply based on location and package weight for order, less than Tk.3,000.

  - Delivery times: 3-5 working days. It may vary and will be communicated during the checkout process.

   - Additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Outside Bangladesh (International Shipping): 

   - International shipping charges apply based on destination and package weight.

   - Delivery times: 15-45 days. It may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

   - Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Exchange, Return and Refund Policy of Positive Trend

1. General Terms:

   - Products purchased from Positive Trend's website may be returned within 30 days of receipt. And 90 days for outside of Bangladesh.

   - To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Process for Returns:

   - Contact Positive Trend's customer service to initiate a return request.

   - Once approved, securely package the item and send it back to the address provided.

   - Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.

3. Refund Timeline:

   - Refunds will be processed within 15-30 days of receiving the returned item.

   - The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Exceptions:

   - Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

   - Sale or clearance items may have different return conditions, as specified at the time of purchase.

5. Return Shipping Costs:
